FINAL SPRING REGISTRATION!!!!

Our last registration event for spring is going to be Wednesday February 8th. 6:30 to 8:00pm located at snack booth in Paakuma park.

Authentic Mexican tacos Will be present at the registration event selling their delicious street tacos, as part of a fundraiser for Rosena Ranch Region 1638.
A portion of the proceeds goes to Region 1638. ⚽ The taco fundraiser is cash only. Please pass the word to help support our region. ⚽🌮🇺🇸

make sure to electronically sign and accept application, print 2 copies of application, online payment accepted or pay with cash or check at our last registration event on 2/8/17 6:30p - 8pm Paakuma Park

RETURNING PLAYERS, $40.00 REGISTRATION FEE:

Select your child's name and Spring 20147, DO NOT PAY ONLINE, in order to receive returning player discount. Pay $40.00 (cash or check) at the field, bring 2 copies of application, proof of age. create a new account or log in if returning player.

Make sure to bring proof of age, birth certificate, passport, or insurance card accepted.
