Parents of returning players must only pay their Spring 2014 fee of $80, either online (below link on this page) or by check and delivered to: OFSA, P.O. Box 38074, Olmsted Falls, OH 44138. You may also give your payment to your coach. NEW PLAYERS: In order to register for Spring 2014 season, interested parents must first contact Ray Bement (Boys Travel Director) to determine roster availability. Then, all players need to fill out the AASL registration form, and send it in witha small wallet sized color picture. New players need to include a copy of their birth certificate. Forms can be mailed to OFSA PO Box 38074 Olmsted Falls OH.
